Well, if we can't be best friends with every woman on our list of contenders for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy, we sure as hell will just gush over them. It's a wonderful time to be a funny gal on television, and the proof is in our picks!
We have both shoo-ins (Modern Family's Julie Bowen) and the underdogs (Nurse Jackie's Merritt Weaver), on our list of Emmy contenders in this category. And trust us, it was very hard to leave many talented ladies out, but we just picked our favorites. And now it's up to you guys to tell us which ones are most likely to get a nod come July 19.
