Wanted: Natasha Lyonne

Natasha Lyonne is being dogged by an arrest warrant.

The American Pie actress is a wanted woman in New York after she failed to show for a court date. The 26-year-old was on the docket Monday for a hearing stemming from an alleged December rampage inside her neighbor's apartment.

Lyonne racked up charges for criminal mischief, harassment and trespassing after she purportedly went postal on her New York neighbor, ripping a mirror off the woman's wall and threatening to sexually molest her dog.

The busty thespian eventually showed up in the courthouse about an hour late Monday. But she only stuck around for about 30 minutes before she apparently lost patience waiting for her case to be called and exited.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Abraham Clott was not down with Lyonne's truancy and issued the warrant after calling the actress' case three times.

There was no immediate comment late Monday from Lyonne's camp.

The arrest warrant is Lyonne's latest headline-grabbing instance of bad behavior.

In 2002, Lyonne pleaded guilty to a DUI charge in Miami. She was sentenced to six months' probation for the booze cruise, which involved fleeing the scene of a car accident only to be tracked down by one of Florida's finest, who witnessed the smash.

She isn't the only Pie alum to rack up a rap sheet in recent weeks. Costar Chris Klein was arrested in February following a DUI bust of his own. That case is still pending.

Next up for Lyonne is a leading role in the comedy Max & Grace, in which she plays opposite David Krumholtz (who played her brother Ben in Slums of Beverly Hills).

The film had a well received screening last month at the South by Southwest fest in Austin, Texas, and is expected in theaters later this year.
