Usher has accused his ex-wife of spitting on his new girlfriend. And now Tameka Foster Raymond has accused him in open court of bedding one of her friends.

The R&B star was on the stand again yesterday to continue testifying in their custody case and was talking about the exchange that led to the angry confrontation in question, when Foster's attorney leveled a new allegation against him.

To contradict Usher's comment that he didn't really know the woman who had been hired by his ex as a nanny, the lawyer fired back, "Miss Williams actually traveled to Miami with you and baby Usher. She was a nanny for you, was she not? Miss Williams left Miami because you were discovered in bed with Maya Fox Davis?"

Usher's attorney immediately objected to the question, protesting that they were not trying a divorce case and the question was completely irrelevant. (According to TMZ, Davis was a bridesmaid at Usher and Tameka's wedding and the incident the attorney was referring is alleged to have occurred during their marriage.)

"I've never denied knowing [Williams]," the singer said, adding that he only meant that it was news to him that his ex had hired her as a nanny.

Foster wants full custody of sons Usher V and Naviyd, and the "My Way" artist is asking the court for increased visitation.

Usher got emotional on the stand Monday when defending himself against Foster's accusations that he hasn't been a great father, then recounted a particular incident when he was dropping the kids off at her house and she went postal on him and his girlfriend, Grace Miguel.

Yesterday, when Usher said that he had simply asked Foster to go back in the house when she started following him to his car, her attorney fired back.

"You in fact said to her, "You bitch, now get out of my f--king life,' did you not?" she asked.

"Absolutely not," Usher replied, insisting multiple times that he said no such thing.

"You did that to provoke her because you knew she'd follow you," the attorney said.

Usher said that he may have been five minutes late bringing the kids back that day, perhaps because he was "held up at the gate trying to get in," but that in general he tries to respect Foster's parenting time.

"She has not respected me and I didn't want to do the same," he said. "I always wanted to be respectful of the agreement that we had and try to abide by the rules that we had."
