Thanks to her latest lightning round of one-day plastic surgeries, Heidi Montag has gone from starring in The Hills to owning her own twin peaks! Yes, we're talking about her breasts.  

As equally endowed Dish hostess Danielle Fishel reveals, the buxom blonde has unveiled (poolside in Vegas, natch) not only the overtime work of her surgeon, but the fact that she is an ambituous young woman with plans to eclipse Angelina Jolie's action-star career. 

Thank God. Jolie clearly lacks that elusive, magical triple D quality that says "action star."
