Uma Thurman ha fatto per un po’ la misteriosa.
Girava voce che la bella star di Kill Bill avesse sposato Arpad Busson alle Bahamas lo scorso weekend. Dato che le telefonate all’agente dell’attrice erano state inizialmente ignorate, reporter e fotografi dagli occhi di lince le stavano controllando la mano sinistra per cercare di trarne una conclusione.
Beh, adesso si possono tutti rilassare.
"Uma non si è sposata”, ha detto l'agente della Thurman, Stephen Huvane, a E! News.
Apparsa due volte in pubblico a New York questa settimana, l’attrice indossava sempre un anello scintillante all’anulare.
Purtroppo, non si trattava né di una fede nuziale né dell’anello di fidanzamento da 8 carati che il multimilionario le ha dato quando le ha chiesto la mano lo scorso giugno. Invece, la star indossava un topazio ad un evento per la rivista Cookie lunedì, e uno scintillante anello dorato ad una conferenza stampa per il Tribeca Film Festival martedì mattina.
Alla conferenza stampa, l’attrice ha annunciato i membri della giuria nelle diverse categorie in gara. Tra i giudici più famosi, oltre alla stessa Uma, troviamo James Franco, Bradley Cooper, Meg Ryan, Mary-Kate Olsen e Debra Messing.
La notizia del possibile matrimonio Thurman-Busson era partita da People. La rivista aveva affermato che due si erano sposati sull’isola di Eleuthera sabato.
Questo sarebbe stato il terzo matrimonio per la Thurman, in seguito ai divorzi da Gary Oldman ed Ethan Hawke.
