House and Fringe Are Heartbreaking

The premieres for House and Fringe are just a few short weeks away, but the clips that are coming out for their new seasons are just plain heartbreaking sans the comedic introduction by Glee's Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch).

Both House (Hugh Laurie) and Peter Bishop (Joshua Jackson) have their work cut out from them on their respective shows this season. We always love the drama, but we just feel bad for these leading men. One is trying to get better in the mental institute, while the other is in search for someone who probably isn't in this universe anymore.

In the clip above, there's a brand new glimpse of House in the mental institute interacting with the patients. His method of "reaching out" to people is quite different now that he's the one being treated. And for an extra dose of Fox, below is a clip from the season premiere of Fringe. Peter and Walter (John Noble) are on the hunt for Olivia (Anna Torv), though she may have gone to the alternate universe.

Dun...dun...dun...
