Apparently, these two have been seen hanging out together all over Los Angeles, including a PDAfest at Greystone Manor and a stop for some grub at Pink Taco last Thursday, where a fellow diner told Celebuzz, "They arrived together and stayed for about an hour." The source also shared that the twosome split an appetizer and sipped on margaritas. Hey, now.
An onlooker told the website they looked happy, but "they weren't super flirtatious."

It may seem like something is in the air between these two (and maybe there will be with time), but as for right now, this duo is strictly platonic.
Valderrama called in to On Air With Ryan Seacrest yesterday morning to address the dating rumors and said, "Oh my god, I'm sweating right now," and simply stated that he and Minka "have been friends for a long time."
Sorry, guys, no passionate (and good-looking) love flame burning over here.
