Talk about being on a collision course with fame.

Tracy Morgan got into a fender-bender of sorts last night when a deliveryman on a bike reportedly slammed into the comedian's open car door in New York City, according to the New York Post.

Ouch! How serious was it, and was Morgan or the cyclist hurt?

Thankfully, the 30 Rock funnyman seemed to have escaped unscathed, and according to the Post, the cyclist wasn't seriously injured and was taken to a hospital for X-rays.

At around 8:30 last night, the comedian was reportedly sitting inside his parked silver Jaguar on the Upper East Side waiting for his trainer when he opened the door and the biker careened directly into it.

Apparently, the star did not see the cyclist coming.

"I mean this guy was wearing all black," Morgan told the Post while waiting for a tow-truck driver to arrive and repair his trashed door. "If you want to write a story about something, write a story about how these guys should wear lights or reflectors or something."

The native New Yorker, however, wasn't too fazed by the incident, saying mishaps like these aren't uncommon in the city.

"This kind of stuff happens all the time in the city," he added. "I grew up in the city. I've been dealing with this stuff for years. Brooklyn-born and -raised, Bed-Stuy do or die."

Oh, that Tracy: He's even got a punch line ready for his own fender-bender.
