Non vi avevamo forse detto che T.R. Knight voleva trasferirsi a New York adesso che non farà più parte del cast di Grey's Anatomy?
Il portavoce dell’attore ha confermato che Knight reciterà in un remake dello show di Broadway Lend Me a Tenor, vincitore di Tony Award...
Previsto per febbraio 2010, lo spettacolo racconterà le vicende della Cleveland Opera Company, impegnata a produrre l’Otello. Knight interpreterà Max, un assistente alla produzione costretto a rimpiazzare l’attore principale, svenuto dopo aver assunto una dose doppia di tranquillanti.
Stanley Tucci dovrebbe dirigere Knight e le sue costar (non ancora annunciate). A marzo giravano voci che Tucci avesse diretto una lettura del remake di Tenor a cui avevano preso parte Knight, Alfred Molina, Tony Shalhoub, Jan Maxwell e Marian Seldes.
Ma dobbiamo ancora andare a vedere l’ultima interpretazione di Knight sulla West Coast. Prima di trasferirsi a New York, l’attore reciterà per due mesi nel musical Parade, presso il Mark Taper Forum di L.A.
