When one powerful, pretty person isn't enough for a magazine cover, you gotta double up.
The combined star power of this week's Julia-Tom cover of Entertainment Weekly and the Oprah-Denzel pairing on Parade frightens us. Not only are these four of the most influential people in entertainment, they're all BFFs.
However, before they join forces and conquer Hollywood once and for all, Oprah's good friend Julia may need some help getting over her "shiny thing" problem so they can present a united front.
Julia complains about Hollywood to EW, saying, "Now it’s just about being big and shiny and fabulous."
Meanwhile, Oprah tells Parade, "I always try to have a shiny moment."
Uh-oh, we sense a conflict!
Though we have to side with Oprah on this one, not only because we like things that sparkle, but it's totally the season to get shiny. Maybe there's a way O can somehow package her shiny moments and give them away to audience members the next time Julia's on her show?
