"Anything lower than Supreme means we didn't spend enough money."

So says pageant mom Kelly. Aw, that's the spirit!

Kelly is leaving no credit limit untapped as she spends, spends, spends her way to a hopeful victory for 23-month-old daughter Natalie at the Island of Dreams pageant.

So about that $700 dress...

First li'l Nat's parents tried to get her excited about her other pageant costume:

Kelly: "Natalie, this is your Island Wear, do you like it?"
Natalie: "No."
Kelly: "Do you like the ruffles?"
Natalie: "No."
Dad: "Do you like anything we get you?"

After that happy exchange, mom and dad put the high-price, custom-made cupcake dress on their toddler, only to realize it is too small.

Guess we'll have to tune in to see how much money it takes to fix this!

Toddlers & Tiaras airs Wednesday night at 10 p.m. on TLC.
