We were the first to break the news that Twilight babe Nikki Reed is dating former American Idol contestant Paul McDonald, so it seems fitting that we're the first ones to ask if things are looking rocky for the rock 'n' roll twosome.

Now, it may be a bit premature to sound the splitsville alarm (we're rooting for this duo, after all), but we're way big on body language and Pauly looks totally...

If the dude is lucky enough to spend the night celebrating his fairly-famous GF's birthday in Las Vegas, you'd think he could keep a smile plastered across that puss of his all night.

Maybe it's just that too-cool-for-school 'tude that Nik seems to like so much—after all, he didn't know who she was at first! We figured N.R. would be outraged but instead she ends up dating the dude.

We all know Nikki loves her tabloid coverage just as much as she likes keeping her fey, rocker-wannabe men in line. She's a bossy babe and that's one of the many naughty reasons we adore her.

So, if Paul is even a wee bit bored around this lady then he is absolutely loco. Maybe she just needs to let him in on some of her Vicier ways.
