You all may be the final judges in deciding who the Most Awful Celeb in Hollywood is, but since we're hosting this little sorryass shindig, we think it's only fair to reintroduce (one last time) some of our picks for who most definitely needs to still be in the running.
From teenage heartbreakers like Joe Jonas and wife-breakers like Sean Penn to homewreckers like Angelina Jolie, we're bringing back some of our favorite people we love to hate.
So vote for who you want to see back in the mix. (Just because you don't want people to think you're a monster, Chris Brown, doesn't mean we think you should have gotten away with being eliminated in our first round!)
