Miley Cyrus Moves Closer to Nick...Sorta

Yes! Niley lives! In a way...

Miley Cyrus is now officially a homeowner at the ripe age of 17. Hey M, you can thank Hannah Montana for being able to purchase this new $3.4 million house in Toluca Lake (video footage of house above) and not The Last Song.

Anybody know what the best part is about this large purchase is?

Mile's new home is less than a mile away from the Jonas Brothers' family digs also in Toluca Lake!

We've learned that the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom Spanish estate is located on almost one acre and includes a tennis court, pool, large master suite with his and her marble baths, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a two-bedroom guest house.

That's a lotta space. Maybe Nick Jonas and Miley can play hide-and-seek together or something. Strictly as besties, of course.

Although the house is down the street from Nick's parentals, it's also two blocks away from the Cyrus family home. Good thing there will be lots of supervision around for the teen queen who recently stated how she doesn't at all regret her stripper moves at the Teen Choice Awards last year. Hey, we don't either, girlfriend!

Unfortunately, those pole skills still belong to hunky Liam Hemsworth. Yes, yes, he and Miley are still going strong, for now, but we think Niley's fate is written in the stars. Or at least in really good real estate.

Cyrus' new abode comes with maximum security, natch, as the home is hidden behind a large brick wall covered in ivy and a wrought-iron gate. The house also boasts a long, private driveway. Looks like no one will know what M.C. is really up to...such a fun thought!

Freddie Prinze Jr. was a previous owner.
