How X-Rated Is Miley Cyrus' Birthday Treat for Liam Hemsworth?

Despite attempts at maintaining her (sorta) squeaky clean image, we must diagnose Miley Cyrus with a serious case of good-girl-gone-bad.

So what's the latest sign that our fave gal wants to taste a bit of trouble?

An X-rated cake in the shape of a penis!

According to TMZ, Miley chose the cake for her BF Liam Hemsworth's 22nd birthday and then jumped at the opportunity to pose very proactively with the goods! (And not just once, we must add.)

In the past, we've given Miley a hard time for growing up a bit too fast, but we must admit, we love this new and improved bad girl 'tude.

After all, gal's officially an adult, and the world needs to realize Ms. Cyrus is growing up. And while we don't condone outrageous behavior, we doubt Mi's dabbling in any sort of unusual danger for a typical 19-year-old gal.

We've reached out to Miley's rep for word on the X-rated treat and asked whether the pop princess partied the night away as some reports suggest, but have yet to hear back.

This isn't the first time Miley's messed around with her image. Remember the scandalous Vanity Fair photo shoot Miley posed for at just 15-years-old? Or her "Party in the USA" pole dance that rocked the Teen Choice Awards to its kiddie core? Or even that epic "stoner" tweet her rep later slammed as a joke?

Yeah, all signs point to Mi becoming a total bad-ass.

To which we say: You go Miley!

Just one question, though: Could you please explain why you didn't go with a boob cake instead?
