Twilight's Nikki Reed sat down with Rachael Ray to promote New Moon, and that dubious chef and fake nicey-type got Nikki to spill some deets about her love life.

Relax, Team Kristen, Reed had nothing to say on Robert Pattinson.

It was all about her current beau, Paris Latsis, and how her new lovah has made her a better person and made her quit her nasty habits...

"I have a boyfriend," Nikki said, trying to play coy (even though we all know who it is), "and he's a great guy.

"He's changed my life. He's changed who I am and what I want to be. I'm super outdoorsy now, and I don't know if I'm supposed to say this, but I quit smoking six months ago because of him."

How ironic, Nikki stops and I start? What is this, evil vampire karma?

"That was my last bad habit," Nik said of the cancer sticks. "He's really wonderful, and I feel really happy."

We're happy for ya, Nikki, cross our bitchy hearts. Any guy that makes you change for the better is a keeper, trust. Aren't too many out there. Right, Kristen?
