In the case of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds "low-key" seems to translate into "very serious" when it comes to this couple of nearly seven months.

And while we first questioned whether their relaysh was simply a PR schtick or a post-Leonardo DiCaprio rebound (in the case of Ms. Lively), this gorgeous twosome has beaten the Hollywood odds and looks like they're on the fast track to settling down.

So, just how "low-key" was their latest suburban date night, and exactly how much PDA did this perfect-looking pair pack into dinner?

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds were spotted on Tuesday having a low-key dinner at La Zingara restaurant in Bethel, Conn. Despite their stunning good looks, the couple kept such a low profile that the restaurant staff didn't even notice they were serving famous actors.

"They were nice and friendly. To tell you the truth, no one even recognized them," an eyewitness tells E! News. "They were definitely low-key and not looking for attention…that is probably what they want."

Say what. Blakey-Poo turning down attention?! Isn't this the leggy blond bombshell who's never met a red carpet she couldn't rock?!

We thought so, but ever since cozying up with Ry, Blake seems to be embracing the 'burbs and stepping out of the spotlight—opting for casual dinners and a laid-back style rather than hanging in the Hollywood scene. Dare we say the couture queen is ready to settle down with her über-sexy beau? We'd hardly blame the babe for wanting the abtastic hunk all to herself…

As for the fashionista's laid-back look? Blake was casually clad in a floppy hat, dress and Havaianas flip-flops while Ryan sported sunglasses and a down-to-earth 'tude. This isn't the first time the twosome was spotted in the small suburban community—they've been seen at DeCicco Family Market, the Spotted Horse in Westport, and Dr. Mike's Ice Cream Shop in Bethel—no doubt blending into a life outside of the spotlight.

"He is always by her side," an eyewitness tells E! "They were sharing ice cream. Holding hands."

Oh, what we wouldn't give to be Blake Lively! And the more we hear, the more we think a walk down the aisle could be next for the couple.

They were rumored to buy a country home together, have no trouble blending into the 'burbs and are now seemingly more serious than ever before.

Add a white picket fence, a dog and two kiddos, and you've got one ridiculously good-looking "low-key" fam. Almost annoyingly so.
