Mayer seems to always be a walking target when it comes to girls who are "friends," but we're not sure what to make of the new supposed pairing. The two have been seen out together recently, but close pals (and reps) insist it's nothing out of the friendship-ordinary.

Whatever, we're just relishing in the fact that there's no Mayerson reunion happening. And J.M. should be thankful he's always got a new babe to be linked to. Really, who would John Mayer be today if it weren't for all the supposed gals under, er, behind him?
