Behold! The Many Frozen Faces of Nicole Kidman

Between the Nine premiere, Grammys and other glitzy outings, Aussie A-lister Nicole Kidman has been hitting the red carpet quite a bit lately, but is she even enjoying it? She's not exactly looking happy or—dare we say—human.

See kiddos, N.K. suffers from what us goss doctors here at the Awful Truth have officially diagnosed as Frozen Face syndrome.

We've got nothing against a little wrinkle control, but at some point, it's time to put down the more unnatural age-defying stuff and own who the hell you are, which Nic's gonna do about as soon as she...

...heads into the heartland with ex Tom Cruise and a touring production of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?

Sadly, Nicole's face becomes more gaspworthy every time we see her, which makes us ask: Does the frozenness of her puss have an inverse relation with the success of her acting career? The one-time Oscar winner's last few films have bombed (Did anyone like Australia? Did anyone even see The Golden Compass?), and lately she's been getting passed up for award nominations by her costars (Penélope Cruz, no less, for Nine).

With that kind of luck, we wouldn't exactly have anything to smile about, either, but we're pretty sure Nicole couldn't crack a big grin even if she tried, so it's just as well.

Don't agree? Well then, by all means, check out the gallery of Nicole's magically altered head and decide for yourself!
