So, you’ve prolly heard that goody-two-shoes-seeming Amanda Bynes and Hills hottie (and Paris’ bathroom companion) Doug Reinhardt are an item, unleashing their love on the world at Crown Bar yesternight. But you probably didn’t know that Mandy was the pursuer in this über-weird relaysh, damn! “She was the one who chased him,” says a superknowledgeable Doumanda source, dishing that Bynes has been “following him for weeks trying to track him down. She was staring down any girl who talked to him.” Nasty, girl! There’s more:
Could Ms. Bynes’ choice in gentlemen callers be any more confusing? She’s been linked to such strange older bedfellows as Arrested Development comedian David Cross and Family Guy smarty-pants Seth MacFarlane (though we have an inkling why that relaysh may not have worked out). At least those dudes have a sense of humor, sorry, Dougie. Not sure, really, Amanda’s gonna be so interested in the gifts Doug brings to the table once she discovers them. Hey, did Mands learn from her good-girl-gone-bad character Penny Pingleton in Hairspray?
Certainly Amanda should be thrilled with Reinhardt’s updated Facebook status: “Doug is in love.” Gag. Even more guffaw-worthy is D.R.’s reps practically falling all over themselves to tell us to make sure we know without a doubt that “Doug Reinhardt and Amanda Bynes are officially dating and are very happy.” Guess stating it online and flaunting his new gal all over H'wood wasn’t enough press to satisfy Dougie.
