How much is a mirror worth when it holds a message that "Man in the Mirror" singer Michael Jackson wrote to himself? Oh, just $18,750.

The contents of the late singer's last residence, the Holmby Hills mansion, were auctioned off by Julien's Auctions yesterday. Over 500 items were sold, including fine art, antiques, furniture and other items, which included original artwork from Jackson and his three children.

So how much money did Jackson's items fetch? And what message did Jackson write on the mirror?

The mirror, which was in Jackson's master bedroom, said, "Train, perfection March April Full out May." Before his death, Jackson was tirelessly preparing for the "This Is It," a concert series that was set to begin in July 2009 in London.

A chalkboard, which sat in the kitchen, was sold for $5,000 as it featured a handwritten message from one of Jackson's children, Prince, Paris or Blanket. The board reads "love Daddy/ I (heart) Daddy/ Smile it's for free."

Several other items fetched high prices as they were featured in crime scene photos in the trial for Conrad Murray, Jackson's doctor who was recently sentenced to four years in prison after being found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. An oriental rug sold for $15,360, probably because it was the rug on which paradmedics tried to revive the singer. Jackson's small bedside table sold for $5,000.

Julien's pulled the bed on which Jackson died from the auction after the Jackson estate asked for its removal.

The items that sold for the most? A watercolor painting by Maurice Utrillo for $35,200 and an oil painting by Adelsteen Normann for $46,785.

The auction's total take was over $1 million, according to Julien's.
