Teen Mom's Jenelle Evans Facing Probation Violation for Toking Up

Could Jenelle Evans be the reality star version of Lindsay Lohan?
It hasn't exactly been smooth sailing for the Teen Mom since her last court date, but we hadn't heard anything from the reality star in a while, so we thought she got herself straightened out.
But right when you think it's all hunky-dory in Jenelle Land, we get word that the 19-year-old is accused of violating her probation.
Sigh. Here we go again.

Per a report submitted to the court, Evans tested positive for THC, a substance found in marijuana, on July 13, and she admitted to using it.
If this is news to you, don't worry, it's also news to her attorney Dustin Sullivan. "I just caught wind of this yesterday," He told E! News. They sent me this violation info about an hour ago. I did not know about it prior to. Have not spoke[n] to Jenelle yet."

On top of that, reports claim Evans failed to follow up with the recommended aftercare once released from inpatient treatment for substance abuse, and is apparently behind on court and probation supervision fees.
Sullivan says this isn't true. "What I can tell you is that she is up to date on her payments and the probation officer has been made aware of this. As to the positive test, we would not be able to comment right now," he told the Daily Mail.
We'll just have to wait and see what happens at the probation-violation hearing set for Aug. 24.
