Teen Mom 2 Star Jenelle Evans' Cyberstalking Charges "Dismissed"

Reality star receives the good news just days after accusations of her threatening a former roommate were dropped

For Jenelle Evans, the week has ended much the same way it began. And for the troubled Teen Mom 2 star, that's actually a good thing.

The reality-TV fixture's attorney, Dustin Sullivan, confirms to E! News that the cyberstalking charges against Evans by her former boss, James Duffy, were "dismissed" today in court.

So what does Evans herself have to say about it all?

"Court is over with now I OFFICIALLY have no pending charges against me," she tweeted. "Going to get something to eat then errands."

The cyberstalking case stemmed from Evans' arrest back in January for allegedly threatening and making harassing phone calls to her ex roommate, Hannah Inman. Those charges, which were dropped by Inman on Monday, had led to Inman's current roommate, Duffy, accusing Evans of cyberstalking him.

Evans and Duffy were present today in court and, according to Sullivan, both parties and the district attorney agreed to dismiss the cyberstalking charges.

"I'm obviously very pleased that Jenelle finally has all of these charges behind her," Sullivan tells E! News exclusively. "It has been a long, arduous task in her success with the charges. Jenelle has made great strides in her maturity over the last 15 months, which is important in her relationship with her son, Jace."
