Thankfully, she opted to cover up a bit more than electrical tape-loving Taylor Momsen. Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian shared the love (as in puppy love!) with her main man Kris Humphries' huggable pooches, as Mark Wahlberg channeled his inner Darth Maul on the set of his new movie Ted.

And they used to say taping was bad for the music industry.
But the sticky stuff helped Taylor Momsen, who was once again trying too hard to be controversial by sporting a very revealing tank while performing with her band The Pretty Reckless this weekend.
The 17-year-old had the forethought to cover up her nipples with some carefully placed electrical tape prior to taking the stage during the Download Festival in Leicestershire.
It's a decision we certainly wouldn't have expected from the former Gossip Girl star, who has never shied away from wearing outfits that leave little to the imagination.
In fact, one might say the ladies in our new Celeb Wardrobe Malfunctions gallery could actually learn something from Momsen's modesty here.
OK, yeah, maybe that's a stretch.

Gee wiz Ted, you really stuck that knife in the back of every Twilight fan that has supported the Awful Truth over the years with your "major put down" of Twilight by saying that a reason Hunger Games is better is because of the "Oscar nominated cast." Really? What an insult to the Oscar winning directors Chris Weitz and Bill Condon, Oscar nominated actresses Anna Kendrick and Catlina Sandino Moreno, BAFTA winners Kristen Stewart and Michael Sheen, SAG bominees Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning, not to mention the Oscar winning and nominated crews. I tell you what, now that you've established THGs is better than Twilight, it'll have no problem breaking every box office record. Heck, Twilight's only an indie film anyway. Shouldn't be a problem with all its Oscar nom headliners.

Oh, don't get your Pattinson-loving panties in a twist. The most insulting thing I said was that The Hunger Game books are better than the Twilight series—which, with a resounding DUH, they are. Love the Twi cast and I've always been vocal how I adamantly think K.Stew and company have buckets of star-power, but I've never been shy to say the books and adapted movies aren't fully taking advantage of this talent.

Taylor Momsen finally decided to put on some decent duds. Well, decent for her, anyway.
The 17-year-old star stepped out in Paris yesterday in a black mini with thigh-high socks, leather jacket and platform lace-up boots. Sure, that teeny dress is still inappropriate, but at least it's opaque material and not her usual uniform of trashy lingerie and garter belt with stripper heels/hooker boots.
