Survivor Villain Jonny Fairplay and Top Model Wife Call It Quits

Guess who got booted out of his marriage?
Jonny Fairplay, whose infamous bad behavior on Survivor: Pearl Islands was so abhorrent that host Jeff Probst wanted nothing to do with him, has filed for legal separation from his reality TV star wife, Michelle Deighton, formerly of America's Next Top Model.
Fairplay, real name Jonathan Dalton, first broke the news on Twitter.
"Yes, I am separated. Michelle was served with separation papers on Friday. I wish her the best in her future endeavors," he tweeted.

According to TMZ, the tube bad boy filed the papers in North Carolina after Deighton essentially left him without explanation and took their infant daughter with her. Fairplay is seeking full custody of the child, but no other details of the split were available.
The website also reported that when the Survivor villain was out of town earlier this month, his estranged missus showed up at their home only to find he had changed the locks. Fairplay's grandma (whom Jonny claimed on Pearl Islands had died in perhaps the show's most notorious ruse) turned up, blocked Deighton's vehicle from getting out of the driveway and called the cops claiming the model was trespassing. According to the police report, Deighton rammed Granny's car and drove across the front yard to escape. No charges have been filed.
Fairplay has been keeping a low profile these days, appearing mainly in wrestling programs. He last made headlines after jumping on Danny Bonaduce onstage at the Fox Reality Awards in Oct. 2007 and the latter unceremoniously decked him. Fairplay was subsequently hospitalized with broken teeth.
