Steve-O Smashes His Way into Jail

Steve-O's neighbor has delivered his own brand of Jackass-kicking.

The MTV stuntmeister was arrested Monday on suspicion of vandalism and drug possession at his Hollywood apartment complex after he taped himself bashing holes in the wall of a neighboring apartment, seemingly with a mind to drive his fellow tenant out of the building.

"Everybody want him out?" Steve-O shouts, per the video obtained by TMZ, to which another guys responds, "Yeah!" (So although the mind automatically goes in that direction, he didn't publicly urinate on anything.)

Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman Ana Aguirre said Steve-O, whose full name is Stephen Glover, was busted at 5 a.m. after his neighbor made a citizen's arrest. Officers then allegedly found a small amount of drugs at the residence and learned at some point during the bust that the reality-TV star hadn't paid the piper for a recent traffic violation.

He was booked at the Hollywood Community Police Station, where he was being held as of Monday morning, on suspicion of vandalism, possession of a controlled substance and having an outstanding traffic warrant.

Although LAPD originally characterized the incident as a dispute over a fence, Steve-O's enterprising home-movie-making, as documented on his website, shows fairly clearly that what went down took place indoors.
