Yesterday Warner Bros. TV adamantly refuted remarks Charlie Sheen made earlier this week that there was an 85 percent chance he would come back to Two and a Half Men and that the two sides were "in discussions."
Now Sheen's camp is insisting that, indeed, those talks are taking place despite the $100 million lawsuit he filed against his former employer for terminating his services.

Bryan Abrams, a member of the 1990s R&B boy band, Color Me Badd was taken into custody Tuesday in Hawaii after allegedly getting physical with his wife.
According to Honolulu police, Abrams and his missus were having a heated argument when he allegedly hurled her across the room. The "All 4 Love" singer was booked on suspicion of harassment and released on his own recognizance.
Badd form, dude.
Lindsay Lohan Bashes Bravo: Reality Show Set Me Up!
Lindsay Lohan has a beef with Bravo.
The actress took to her Twitter account and unleashed a torrent of invective against the cable net and producers of a reality show she appears in, accusing them of purposefully presenting a skewed portrait of her as a total flake for allegedly being 8 hours late to a photo shoot.
The episode, titled "Is Lindsay Here Yet?," airs tonight on Bravo's Double Exposure, a new series chronicling several high-profile fashion and celebrity photographers, including Lohan's rumored love interest Indrani.
