"Something" Special in the Air for Paul McCartney

This weekend, as you probably know, regular folks and celeb lovebirds like Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal have been getting their broil on in the California desert oven known as the Coachella Music and Arts Festival. (Note to Kim Kardashian: stay away, your scorched sunglass rings will only get worse.)

As always, the smart money at this festival is on checking out the literally cool superstars after dark. Case in point: Paul McCartney's Friday night set, where he worked through over 30 tunes from his Beatles days and solo records, including the emotional ukulele/rocking version of the Beatles' classic written by George Harrison, "Something" (see video above). Sweet and moving, yes.

On the jump, sample nine minutes of highlights from Paul's show, including "Eleanor Rigby," "Blackbird," "Yesterday," "A Day in the Life" and "Live and Let Die."
