As you may have heard, Sir Elton John has inspired an ice cream flavor, though Ben & Jerry’s freezer section tribute will not utilize the singer’s actual name, as no one really wants Sir Elton dripping down their chin. Instead, the Brit hit maker will be honored with Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road, described as “an outrageous symphony of decadent chocolate ice cream, peanut butter cookie dough, butter brickle and white chocolate chunks,” officially making it the first gay ice cream.
