Robin Gibb has beat the odds yet again.

Just a week after the 62-year-old Bee Gees singer fell into a coma after contracting pneumonia during his fight against colon and liver cancer, Gibb woke up and has shown "remarkable" signs of recovery, E! News has confirmed.

Bee Gees' Robin Gibb Still in Coma: Brother Barry Sang at His Bedside, Says Wife

Robin Gibb is not alone as he fights for his life.

The Bee Gees singer has been in a coma for the last week, and his wife Dwina Gibb tells Ireland's Impartial Reporter that family members been coming and going from his bedside, playing music and singing to "try to bring him back."

"His brother Barry, his wife Linda and son Stephen came over from America," says Dwina, who's been married to the disco-era hitmaker since the 1980s. "Barry was singing to him. Thousands of people are saying prayers every day."

And she's "very grateful" for all of them. But what of reports that Gibb is showing signs of awareness?

As the L.A. County Department of Coroner previously announced, the singer was found by her personal assistant submerged under water in the bathtub of her room at the Beverly Hilton hotel.

But the final coroner's report, obtained Wednesday by E! News, provides a more extensive picture of Houston's condition when she accidentally drowned on Feb. 11 with traces of cocaine in her system.

The County Music Hall of Famer was hospitalized in Nashville today with an upper respiratory infection and doctors—who determined that he doesn't have pneumonia—want to keep him at least overnight for observation, according to a statement on Jones' website.

But don't start calling him "No Show Jones" just yet.
