Sheen, Richards Expecting Number Two

Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards will soon have a playmate for their daughter, Sam.

The couple is expecting their second child in June, E! Online confirmed Friday. Their first child was born in March.

"They are incredibly thrilled and I couldn't think of a better Christmas present for the both of them and for little Sam," Richards' agent, Chuck James, told People.

Sheen, 39, officially put an end to his infamous bachelor days in June of 2002 when he tied the knot with Richards. Although the couple had met previously, they officially began dating in 2001 after Richards did guest spots on Sheen's former TV series, Spin City. By their second date, Richards knew Sheen was "the one," according to People.

"I knew that this is the one, but I wouldn't tell him that," Richards told the magazine. "I didn't want to scare him away by saying, 'You're my future husband!' and have him run for the hills."

In addition to baby Sam and forthcoming tyke number two with Richards, Sheen has a 20-year-old daughter, Cassandra, from a previous relationship with high school girlfriend Paula Profitt.

Currently, Sheen stars in the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men, for which he received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actor in a TV Musical/Comedy Series earlier this week.

Fans of Richards can look for the actress next in an uncredited role in Fat Albert, due Christmas Day.
