Shayne Lamas Insta-Marriage—Not a Publicity Stunt

Leave it to this Lamas to elope.
Putting the single life firmly in her rear view, E!'s very own Shayne Lamas married gossip blog maven Nik Richie, of TheDirty.com, in a quickie Las Vegas ceremony—just hours after they first met.
"I am more than happy to confirm last night I got married to an amazing person and we are extremely excited to share our lives together," Shayne tweeted, shortly after the single-word post "wife."
The 24-year-old Lamas, daughter of former Falcon Crest hottie Lorenzo Lamas, and Richie swapped vows at—where else?—Sin City's famed Little White Chapel.
What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas...
"They came in on their own and we did the wedding here," a chapel staffer told E! News. "They got the DVD. They got the Michael Jordan special and it was really nice. Everyone was really happy. They were crying."
For all those wondering, the Michael Jordan package costs $519 and includes a giant bridal bouquet, groom's boutonniere, a garter, traditional music, a witness (if necessary) and a DVD of the nuptials.
Aside from being a regular on E!'s Leave It to Lamas, Shayne was previously engaged to Matt Grant after winning the 12th season of ABC's The Bachelor. The two split in July 2008.
Richie, meanwhile, dropped the bombshell to his pals via text today.
"Married and happy!" he wrote.
The blogger also insisted this was no publicity stunt and that the duo are truly in love.
"He said it's not a media thing and that he plans to introduce her to all his friends very soon," said a source close to Richie.
As if to prove it, The Dirty dude later posted a comment on one of his blogs: "I think it is safe to say I am officially over brunettes."
