Sharon Stone Terrified of "Baby Daddy"

Actress received it after the delusional man was found outside the gate of her Hollywood Hills home last month

It might not be an ice pick, but Sharon Stone sure hopes it gets her point across.

For the second time this year, the Basic Instinct has gone to court to get a restraining order against an overzealous admirer. Stone's latest target: her self-proclaimed "baby daddy" who was found lurking outside the gate of her Hollywood Hills mansion last month.

In August, Phillip Barnes turned up uninvited at her house and began ranting about how he fathered a child with her. He also went off about his role in the slaying of Osama bin Laden.

Stone was not home at the time. But, according to her filing, Barnes returned to her home once more and then wrote her a letter telling her not to date anyone.

He wound up in LAPD custody and then was taken in for a psych evaluation.

The restraining order, granted this week, requires Barnes to stay 100 yards away from both Stone and her children.

Back in February, Stone said she was living "in fear" of one Bradly Gooden who broke into her house and claimed it was his own. He also insisted he wrote the screenplay for the Oscar-winning The King's Speech, that he was an FBI agent and the son of Hillary Clinton. He too must keep a football field's distance from the star.

Aside from the two restraining orders this year, Stone obtained one back in 2001 against an Italian who flew to L.A. to marry her.

And Stone might be looking for an even better way to get away from these guys than filing more restraining orders. She recently listed her 7-bedroom, 8 1/2-bath home, in a gated community that includes Dr. Phil and Heidi Klum and Seal as neighbors, for just under $9 million.

That's about $2 million less than she plunked down for it six years ago—but maybe that's a price worth paying to feel safe.
