Shannen Doherty: Leave Skinny Costars Alone!

Everyone else has weighed in on the skinny starlets of 90210, so why not the show’s original headline maker, Shannen Doherty?
Brenda Walsh’s alter ego told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM show today there’s nothing scandalous about the eating habits of her young costars, Shenae Grimes and Jessica Stroup—no matter how many protruding collarbones you see.
“I see those girls and they eat on the set, so I’m pretty sure they’re not starving themselves."
She continued: "I don’t really think it’s some magazine’s obligation to put these girls on the cover and point fingers at them. Either way, they need to leave them alone.”
Spoken like the seasoned vet of an overexposed series. So what is Shannen’s advice for her scandal-causing costars? Stay home, hire a good publicist and play Rock Band 2.
Seems like a case of do as she says, not as she did.
