Indiana Settles Up in Sugarland Stage Collapse

For those folks in harm's way that terrifying night last August when a storm caused Sugarland's stage to collapse at the Indiana State Fair, here's some financial solace at least.
The Indiana Attorney General's Office confirmed that, as of Monday, 64 of the 65 victims have accepted settlement offers from the state that will see them receive checks from the $5 million tort claim fund, the maximum allowable under state law.

The Wolfpack are in the clear—and this time it wasn't for gambling, drinking or stealing a tiger.
Warner Bros. has resolved separate lawsuits filed against it in recent months over its hit sequel, The Hangover Part II: the first filed by a stuntman left with severe brain trauma after being injured on set; and the second brought by a guy who claimed the filmmakers stole his life story to use as the basis for the blockbuster's plot.

The star, currently filming Baz Luhrman's adaptation of The Great Gatsby with pal Leonardo DiCaprio, has reached a settlement in a lawsuit accusing him of winning more than $300,000 as part of an allegedly illicit poker ring organized by a currently imprisoned Beverly Hills hedge-fund manager.

It's been almost four years since we first heard word of Hulk Hogan heading toward a divorce with wife Linda Bollea, and we're still learning new information about their settlement.
The champion wrestler, whose real name is Terry Bollea, managed to play nice with his soon-to-be ex-wife, pinning down an agreement over assets worth around $30 million back in 2009.
The settlement was confidential—until this week, when it was attached to a new motion filed in court records and became public.
