Scott Disick's Diatribe Gets Cops' Attention

Scott Disick must not be a big fan of the whole Neighborhood Watch idea.

Kourtney Kardashian's beau took extra exception when a female neighbor criticized his parking job while he and Kourt were standing near the garage of their Calabasas home, and he became so incensed, a neighbor called the cops because of the ruckus.

"We do own the place, and we're leaving because you're disgusting! Look at you!" Scott yelled at the woman, according to the video footage shot by an attentive paparazzo.

"You know I have to sell my house cheaper because of you!" he continued, walking down the driveway a few steps, then back to Kourtney. "You're disgusting, I would kill myself if I looked like you...you whale!"

"What about me? I'm perfect!" he replied to something the woman said too quietly for the cameras, turning around at the same time. "You're so disgusting, it makes me sick!"

If Scott's perfect, then there's not much hope for the rest of us.

Kourtney appeared to be trying to talk him down afterward, but someone who apparently disapproved of his unseemly behavior reported a "neighbor dispute" to local authorities.

"Deputies went out there to act as peacemakers," a spokesman for the Lost Hills Sheriff Station tells E! News. "There were no arrests or anything of that sort."

Once again, no citations were handed out or warnings given to either party, as far as he knows, he said.

Reps for Scott and Kourtney could not be reached for comment.

Scott has admitted to having anger-management "issues," telling E! News' Ryan Seacrest in a recent exclusive sit-down that he's realized "you can't keep living like that."
