Sara Evans' Scandal-Plagued Marriage Doesn't Disappoint, Still as Scandalous as Ever

Country music lyrics have nothing on Sara Evans' life story.
Nearly four years on, the country cutie and Dancing With the Stars dropout is still battling it out with her now ex-hubby Craig Schelske, today adding a temporary injunction to the temporary restraining order she obtained against him last month.
Acrimony, thy name is...these two.
The ruling, handed down in a Tennessee courtroom this morning, prevents the otherwise media-friendly Schelske from commenting publicly on either his ex-wife or the reasons behind their enduringly messy 2007 divorce.
It was just last month that Schelske's loose lips finally caught up with him in court.
After he went on record blabbing about the murky state of their former union not only to a Nashville radio station, but while testifying about a seemingly unrelated bill in the Tennessee legislature, Evans sought and obtained a temporary restraining order against her ex.
As if the lip-sealing court order wasn't enough of a burn, Williamson County Judge James G. Martin today also ordered Schelske to pay damages to Evans, in an amount to be determined by an arbitrator.
As for Evans, she was not present in court today as she clearly has more important things to occupy her time. Like waxing philosophical on the existence of sneezes. No, really.
We sense a country song coming on.
