Samantha Ronson Arrested for DUI—Before 10 in the Morning!

With Lindsay Lohan behaving herself for the past five minutes, it's her old pal Samantha Ronson who's picking up the bad-girl torch.
The star DJ, who tends to stay out of trouble, was nabbed Monday for a DUI, confirms the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. The drunken-driving charge is bad enough. But it's the time of day that she was busted that has us scratching our head.

After wrapping up a late-night gig at the Palazzo in Las Vegas, Ronson was rolling down the highway back to Los Angeles in her Porsche. According to the cops, she was pulled over outside of Baker, Calif., at 9:48 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol.
After blowing a field sobriety test, she blew a 0.08 on the Breathalyzer, right at the state legal limit. She was booked on suspicion of DUI and sent to the San Bernadino County Jail to dry out for a few hours before being sprung just before 6 p.m.
Next time, Sam, stick with a bowl of cereal.
