We thought we knew all there was to know about Katie Holmes—loves Barneys, BFF Victoria Beckham and styling her baby girl in adorable outfits—but it turns out Mrs. Tomkat is also a marathon runner.
WTF, right?
Katie competed in the New York City Marathon on Sunday as runner F127 along with 40,000 other long-distance hoofers. She clocked in at a respectable five hours and 29 minutes and was met at the finish line by Suri, Tom, his mom and her parents and then whisked to a private party in Central Park.
Kudos to Kate but the bigger issue here is how the hell the paparazzi missed this story? Where are the photos of her training in Central Park? Or pics of her running around Berlin where she's been living while Tom works on Valkyrie? Why is it that OK! magazine was the only one to predict her running?!
Frankly, shutterbugs, we're disappointed you didn't tip us off earlier.
