Justin Bieber is only 15 years old, but he's already a hit with the ladies.
At last night's VEVO launch party, the teen singing sensation brought flowers for fellow guest Rihanna and was rewarded with a kiss!
"It means I'll probably never wash my face," a clearly stoked Justin told E! News cameras.
"He's a cutie-pie!" Rihanna said of the pint-sized singer.
Ri-Ri also talked about her brand new tattoo, which E! got to see before her own mom!
"I did it backwards so I can read it myself," she explained of her latest ink. "It says 'never a failure, always a lesson.' "
Other celebs feting the VEVO launch included Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift, John Mayer and Pete Wentz.
