This past weekend, Ciara attended a preparty at Club Zebra in Monte Carlo, Monaco, for 2007's World Music Awards. Her dress of choice? The identical high-neck, open-back shiny black number Beyoncé sported at her Los Angeles Grammys postparty—nine months ago!
