Isn't it nice when a Real Housewife's decision to get rid of a house is hers and not the bank's?

Two stars of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have been shifting assets lately, with one listing her luxurious vacation home in Colorado while the other just bought a new 90210-area mansion.

So, who's selling high and buying...high?

And what with two master suites, separate nanny's quarters, vaulted ceilings and a spacious great room with a large stone fireplace, there's plenty of room for the whole family, no matter how estranged. The pine floors were reclaimed from the Sears Tower in Chicago. There's also a gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook, a wine cellar and tasting room, an expansive deck with mountain views and an inground hot tub.

"In order to capture our family personality, I was hoping to achieve an environment that was relaxed but still amusing," Camille blogged on Bravo's Real Housewives site. "It is styled in a manner befitting a ski home but with a sense of the unexpected."

That's certainly one way to put it.

As for the Beverly Hills gal who just moved into new digs after unloading her 17,000-sqare-foot mansion for a reported $19 million, that would be Lisa Vanderpump.

Now that they're empty-nesters, she and husband Ken Todd have purchased a smaller house, only about 8,000 square feet, for $10.2 million.

Lisa says they plan to remodel it extensively, but for now there are five bedroom, including a master suite with a separate dressing room; eight bathrooms; a two-story library; informal and formal dining rooms and a wine cellar. Outside, there are rolling lawns around an infinity pool and hot tub.

Plenty of room for all the Housewives to feel right at home.
