After her husband's tragic suicide, will The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong appear on the show at all?

That's what we're wondering after viewing the promotional clips for the second-season premiere, airing as scheduled Monday night.

Do the videos' mostly lighthearted, feel-good moments mean RHOBH has become—gasp—boring?

In a word: No.

For starters, although many of Taylor's scenes—especially those addressing her marriage, once a major storyline of season two—are already on the cutting-room floor, the premiere will include interviews with the cast sharing their reactions to Russell's death.

We can also expect tons of fireworks from new castmember Brandi Glanville, who is also unfortunately absent from the premiere. The other RHOBH rookie, Dana Wilkey, remains a question mark, as most of her filmed scenes probably involved supporting her BFF Taylor.

With darker days ahead, it is nice to see the Housewives—plus Giggy the Pom—enjoying themselves. Adrienne Maloof and her hubby, Paul, continue their lighthearted bickering, while Lisa Vanderpump's greatest wish is answered when daughter Pandora's boyfriend asks her father's permission to marry her. Even Hurricane Camille has been downgraded to a mild breeze.
