Well, it doesn't look like this year is getting off any better than last year for Joe Giudice.

After filing for bankruptcy and dealing with a DUI charge, the hubby of Real Housewives of New Jersey reality star Teresa Giudice is now being charged with possessing fraudulent ID after being arrested at his home in Towaco, N.J., on Friday.

"Mr. Giudice was arrested at his home earlier today as the result of an investigation this office did with assistance from the state Motor Vehicle Office," Chief Assistant Prosecutor Jay W. Mc Cann said.

The release states that the 40-year-old allegedly obtained a driver's license using his brother's information in June of 2010, when his own driver's license was, and still is, suspended.

If he is found guilty, Giudice could face more than 10 years in state prison, according to the release. Mc Cann adds that bail is set at $50,000.

When contacted by E! News, a rep for Bravo said: "Since this is a personal issue we wouldn't comment."
