Rate-a-Trailer: Terminator vs. Bale's F-Bomb Rant
This Terminator Salvation trailer forced us to reconsider a couple things.
First, McG might not be that bad a choice for this. When we heard the Charlie's Angels director was taking over a beloved killer robot series, we were a bit leery. But from the looks of this, it appears he put together a pretty solid movie, one that doesn't rely solely on Megan Fox's hotness and Shia LaBeouf's charm to fill space between the badass parts.
And second, maybe Christian Bale had a reason to freak out on Shane the D.P., because look, it’s intense out there. The whole world is effed up: Machines are creating new machines that think they’re human, seriously angsty music keeps pounding away, and Bale's John Connor is supposed to clean this whole mess up and maintain some kind of apocalyptic radio show. So yeah, if someone walks into your shot all ah-da-da-dah—no matter how nice of a guy he is—you might want to trash his lights and be done with him professionally.
So who's down to see Christian Bale yell at some machines come May 21?
