Rate-a-Trailer: Falling for Quantum of Solace?
The brand-new 007 trailer doesn't move us like the first one, but it does offer some new clues to this whole Quantum of Solace deal: Apparently, some bad guy covets "the world's most precious resource" and it's up to James Bond to thwart him and his colorful henchmen with a variety of gut punches, flying kicks, jumping motorcycles, soaring speedboats, swooping helicopters and the occasional look that kills.
Daniel Craig handles the tux-wearing and temptress-bedding chores, while Dame Judi Dench speaks in a low-frequency growl that suggests she could handle her own hardass action franchise if anybody had the balls to just offer her one.
The highlight? Bond falls head over heels off a balcony while grappling with a bad guy. Lowlight? Opening the clip with what looks like a high-end car commercial.
