Premio alla carriera per Martin Scorsese

Martin Scorsese è proprio un bravo ragazzo. Basta chiederlo a quelli dei Golden Globes, che hanno scelto di conferire al leggendario cineasta il loro massimo riconoscimento.
Scorsese, 67 anni, riceverà il premio alla carriera Cecil B. DeMille della Hollywood Foreign Press Association ai sessantasettesimi Golden Globes, che si terranno il 17 gennaio e che saranno presentati da Ricky Gervais.
Congratulazioni, Marty!
Scorsese verrà onorato per i 40 anni della sua carriera, la quale ci ha portato film del calibro di Mean Streets, Taxi Driver, Toro scatenato, Quei bravi ragazzi, L’ultima tentazione di Cristo, L’età dell’innocenza, Gangs of New York, The Aviator and The Departed – il bene e il male, il quale gli ha procurato i meritatissimi Oscar e Golden Globe come Miglior Regista.
Il suo prossimo film, il thriller Shutter Island con Leonardo DiCaprio, uscirà in Italia e negli Stati Uniti il 19 febbraio.
Fra coloro che hanno ricevuto il premio DeMille in passato troviamo Anthony Hopkins, Michael Douglas, Warren Beatty, Robin Williams e il vincitore dell’anno scorso, il caro amico di Scorsese Steven Spielberg.
Le nomination ai Golden Globes saranno annunciate il 15 dicembre.
