The pregnant Jersey Shore reality star was spotted in Jersey City, N.J., on Thursday pushing a stroller with—wait for it—a fake baby in it!

What's more, JWoww, her costar in the upcoming spinoff series Snooki and JWoww vs. the World, was seen carrying around an unreal rugrat as well.
