It's no secret that Kourtney Kardashian wants to have another baby, but just how few secrets are there between her and her sibilings?

In this Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the wannabe double mom (she already has young son Mason with boyfriend Scott Disick) goes on a popsicle-slurping stroll through the park with Kim where the two openly discuss such potentially taboo topics as post-pregnancy sex, hormones and purchasing personal lubricant. Oh, and there's that little part in which she offers a colorful description of her and Scott's painful first time together after the birth of Mason.
