What happens in Vegas...only stays there for so long.
Paris Hilton has been spending an awful lot of time in Sin City lately, partying at XS, Tryst and Drai's, and now we know why.
The heiress, who split with Doug Reinhardt in April, has been quietly dating Cy Waits, who manages all the aforementioned hot spots with his twin brother, Jesse.
So how are the two making the long-distance relaysh work?
"He flies her out to Vegas all the time on his private jet so they can be together when he has to work there," a source tells E! News, adding that Waits is "head over heels" for Paris.
"Even when he is at work, he's constantly texting her and is always on the phone with her," the source says. "And she's really into him, too. They've been friends for a long time but only recently did it turn romantic."
A source close to Hilton says: "She's taking things slow, but she enjoys spending time with him. He is the exact opposite of her ex. He is very shy and doesn't crave media attention."
Ironically, her ex Doug is dating long-distance, too. He's "officially" seeing Lane Lindell, a former Miss World USA winner who currently lives in NYC.
Doug is flying to the Big Apple to see the beauty queen today, a source tells E!
